2. Eligibility

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance via third-party payment providers
• You may cancel at any time to stop future charges
• No refunds are provided except where required by Australian Consumer Law
• Losing bets, missed picks, downtime, or dissatisfaction do not qualify for refunds

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate termination and permanent loss of access.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute NYX PICKZ content or access
• Allow non-members or minors to use your account
• Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behaviour
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our systems

Violation may result in termination without refund.

5. Community Access

NYX PICKZ may include access to Discord or other third-party platforms.

• Community participation is subject to posted rules
• We may remove users from community spaces at our discretion
• Removal from community access does not entitle you to a refund

Opinions shared by other users do not represent official NYX PICKZ advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, picks, analysis, tools, and materials are the exclusive property of NYX PICKZ.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share our content without permission.

7. Disclaimer & Risk

Sports betting involves risk. You may lose some or all of your bankroll.

You acknowledge that:

• No bet is guaranteed
• Past results do not indicate future performance
• You are fully responsible for your betting decisions

Bet only what you can afford to lose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYX PICKZ is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to subscription fees paid in the previous 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate.

No compensation or refund will be provided upon termination.

10. Third-Party Services

NYX PICKZ may reference or link to third-party platforms, including sportsbooks, payment providers, and Discord.

We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, disputes, or decisions.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
